My FOCUS
I am focused on functional approaches that promote strength in family relationships and help provide support to children, adolescents, parents, couples, and families.
After receiving a Masters degree from the St. Mary’s University of Minnesota, I found myself drawn to working with children and their families. While in the Twin Cities, I was able to complete my clinical training with some of today’s leaders in Attachment Theory, and Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy. I have completed extensive trainings in Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Integrative & Functional Mental Health.
I believe the client/therapist relationship is the most important component of therapy, therefore I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to help you determine if I am the right fit.
